Le Week-end

Well, our weekend plans have been moved forward quite a bit. What was originally to be a quick day trip to Richmond to drop off some of our belongings to go in Jason's mom's place for storage (until we buy/move into a bigger house)has now turned into a last-minute-pack-the-car-and-run-to-beat-the-weather-two-days-in-advance trip.

It's all good. Just another day in our adventurous lives.

So, once Jason and I are off I will run to the library to pick up the books I reserved (so they don't send it back to the original library), get the car, pack it full of the crap, prepare Buddy for his long weekend of catnip and debauchery to himself, pack Milo for his adventurous weekend at Grandma Karen's playing "Survivor", pack a bookbag for us to live out of, and pack the snacks for the car ride home.

Apparently there's some crazy storm in VA starting at midnight tonight and lasting/getting worse through Friday. We decided it would be best to be stuck in it for 2 hours tonight then ALL DAY tomorrow at the brunt of it.

Otherwise, we have a great weekend planned of thrifting and hanging with the grandparents eagerly anticipating the arrival of Olive and, I'm sure, lots of belly rubbing and watching and ooooh-ing and awwww-ing! Of course, she loves the attention. ^_^
